Confronted by Ruffians
An old abandoned ale house has been overtaken by an intimidating band of ruffians who are using it as their new base of operations and are becoming increasingly hostile. They want to claim leadership of the Town of Phandalin, and are holding it hostage by terrorizing the local population.
